The redevelopment project of the Volgograd tractor plant and Nizhny Traktorny settlement is based on the principles of a comprehensive spatial organization of the territory, which includes various functional zones.
The objective of the project is to find design methods in the territories of former industrial zones with a historical context and partially preserved structures.
